Jesus Christ hasn’t come for His Bride – The Church because He’s still preparing a place for her. Every intending husband should be like Christ and have a house before marriage.
“In My Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto Myself; that where I am,there ye may be also.” – John 14: 2-3
“Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave Himself for it; that He might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word. That He might present it to Himself a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.” – Ephesians 5: 25-27
“But if any provide not for his own, and specially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel.” – 1Timothy 5: 8
