God keeps promises and frowns at truce-breakers. Divorce breaks the marital vow: ‘till death do us part’. So, do not take the marital vow if you cannot keep it.

“Better is it that thou shouldest not vow, than that thou shouldest vow and not pay. Suffer not thy mouth to cause thy flesh to sin; neither say thou before an angel, that it was an error: wherefore should God be angry at thy voice, and destroy the work of thine hands.” – Ecclesiastes 5: 5-6

“…Therefore take heed to your spirit, and let none deal treacherously against the wife of his youth. For the LORD, the God of Israel, saith that He hateth putting away…” – Malachi 2: 15-16

“Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.” – Matthew 19: 6
