EVERY BABY IS CAPABLE OF SPEAKING ANY LANGUAGE HE/SHE IS TAUGHT AND MOTHERS HAVE A GREAT ROLE AND INFLUENCE IN THIS REGARD. THAT IS WHY OUR LANGUAGE IS CALLED MOTHER TONGUE IN THE FIRST PLACE.
