Hot-tempered people must learn to hold their words and not speak in anger. Quiet people must learn to speak when angry and not withdraw into their shells to keep malice.

“Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath.” – Ephesians 4: 26

“Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice.” – Ephesians 4: 31

“Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath. For the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God.” – James 1: 19-20
